I am a work and organizational psychologist. Currently I work as a post-doc researcher at the
Institute of Occupational Medicine at RWTH Aachen University in
Germany.
My main research area is occupational health psychology. Specifically, my research focuses on the impact of occupational stressors on
psychological well-being (e.g., depression) and the development of musculoskeletal disorders. Additionally, I am interested in indivdual
resources (e.g., coping, hardiness) to buffer the stressor-strain relationship.
